ActionAid Palestine (AAP) took the lead to conduct a training for 57  employees from governorates  of Bethlehem and Ramallah  holding senior positions in the public sector on applying policies which promote the engagement of women in the labor market. This training was organized as a part of the activities of INTERNISA” project which is a network of synergies to increase the number of digitally skilled women employed in the Middle East territories via matching demand and supply in the labour market.

This training brought the public sector employees from seven ministries; ministry of labor (MoL) , ministry of economy (MoC), ministry of women affairs, (MoWA), ministry of social development (MoSD), ministry of tourism (MoT), ministry of education (MoE) and ministry of higher education (MoHE)together . It aimed to provide them with knowledge, skills and attitudes needed for implementing best practices and applying policies, bylaws and strategies that promote the engagement of women in the Palestinian labor market. This training offered trainees with an opportunity to meet and build an integral dialogue with each other to share knowledge, experiences and skills about the implementation of national laws and polices strengthening the participation of woman in the labor market.
