The training provided an opportunity for the participants to apply the theoretical aspect that was acquired during the training by formulating and presenting ideas and proposals for small enterprises. The training also included discussion sessions addressing the reality of women entrepreneurs in Palestinian society, the concept of balance between personal life and work, and the importance of that on the personal, professional, and family levels.

In the same context, the participants indicated that this training increased their readiness to launch their own enterprises, and provided them with information about conducting a successful feasibility study for entrepreneurial projects and how they can be marketed . They also emphasized the importance of this training in enhancing their self-confidence and leadership skills by breaking the barrier of shyness, enhancing communication skills, and reorganizing their thoughts correctly.

Valiance project supports women in H2 by providing them with agricultural items and equipment needed for planting vegetables and livestock farming and other commercial items ..etc. Economic activities combined with awareness raising activities have supported women’s social and economic empowerment through enhancing their access to productive assets.
